I add the red rife flour to your Better Basics sourdough bread recipe at one third to one half of the total flour required and enjoy the softness and taste. I also have replaced honey with molasses . Again for me its the richness of taste and soft texture. I love your bread flour and the red rife and what its done to make my bread perfect.

I really appreciate the fact that I don’t have to worry about the flower being enriched with folic acid, etc. And I appreciate the fact that I can eat bread when I want if I make it myself and pizza when I want if I make it myself.
