Hard red spring wheat berries are the base of our Whole Grain Wheat Flour and Better Bread Flour. Fully intact, certified organic, and traceable to Will Robins on Maida Vale Farm in Laura, Saskatchewan. Nothing removed. Nothing added.
Nutty, earthy, and satisfyingly chewy, wheat berries are one of the most versatile and underused ingredients in the modern kitchen. Cook them like rice for grain bowls, salads, soups, and chilli. Sprout them for sandwiches. Or if you mill your own flour at home, this is the grain you need.
No synthetic folic acid. No added iron. The natural folate in the wheat germ is intact exactly where it always was.

Storage
Store in a cool dry pantry in an airtight container for up to a year. Freeze for up to 2 years. Once milled, store in the fridge or freezer. Learn how to store freshly milled flour.
