Best flour I’ve ever tried. I’ve been a customer for about two years. I also love the recipes, pecan bars and mixed berry bars are the best with bread flour.

I honestly didn’t realize how much regular flour was affecting me until I switched to fresh milled flour. For the longest time, every time I ate anything with flour, I’d end up feeling so bloated, heavy, and just overall uncomfortable. It got to the point where I almost avoided those foods completely.

Since making the switch to fresh milled flour, it’s been a complete game changer. I can actually enjoy things like bread and baked goods again without that awful bloated, sluggish feeling afterward. I feel lighter, my digestion seems way better, and I don’t get that “ugh” feeling anymore after eating.

If you’ve been dealing with constant bloating from regular flour, this might be something worth trying. I didn’t expect such a big difference, but for me, it’s been huge.
