What makes these flours different

Both are certified organic, stone milled from Canadian Prairie grain, lightly sifted, and never enriched. No bleach, no synthetic folic acid, no added iron, no additives of any kind. Tested and certified glyphosate free. The bran and germ stay intact so the natural nutrition is all still there.
