Hands down the best flour out there.
I use it to feed my sourdough starter and for most of my baking too.🙌 Buy bulk bag because you will go through it quickly. 😄

This is my first experience with bread flour so I'm struggling a bit learning how to use it, I was using my regular sourdough recipe but it didn't work for me so I tried to follow yours, but that didn't work for me either-I just need more practice and skill, but I love the company, love that you don't add any crap to your flour, love that it's grown organically in Canada. I'm in Ontario, so I'm trying to find a local grower that does organic bread flour, but if I can't, I will definitely re-purchase.

Yay! My order is here! First, let me say, thank you for packaging it so well. Living in a remote location, order some things has become a necessity. I’ve been shocked at how poorly some things get packaged. This was top level! Sturdy box, flour bags shipped in plastic bags in case something breaks open…this is a life saver! Everything arrived in perfect condition, as if I’d brought it home myself. I already know the flour is amazing (which is why I got the biggest bag I could) and am excited to try my newer products. The customer service I received was excellent and personalized, which made me feel valued and understood. I highly recommend Better Basics. Will definitely be a returning customer (you know…once this huge bag of flour has a decent sourdough bread dent in it. My husband is already drooling).
