  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 cups Red Fife Multipurpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • If desired, you can add other ingredients to the cake, such as nuts and raisins.


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, melted butter, milk, and cinnamon.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
