Material: Sourced from North America, our proofing baskets are made with 100% natural, unbleached cotton rope with no synthetic fillers.
Easy Care: Keep your baskets clean by using a liner or giving them a quick shake after use. For occasional cleaning, handwash using warm soapy water and allow it to air dry—cleaning after every use is not required.

It catches the dough, even though I generously cover the inside with flour. I am actually not very happy with this purchase for that reason only. I do like that it is woven cotton cord. If I could return it that might be better for me. Roxane Tash Reis

I love my proofing basket. And i especially love how easy they are to clean!
Love these baskets. They’re smaller than I thought they’d be, particularly the oval one, but they work great. I use them with a tea towel and havent tried washing them yet.
