The pancake mix is fantastic. The pancakes are light fluffy and full of flavour. My granddaughters who are pancake fanatics loved them. After eating there was absolutely no bloating, as if you hadn’t even eaten. Definitely will be in my household at all times.

Great for pancakes. The mix is not great for waffles as they become too chewy.

Sooo yummy! However the ingredient portions were way off - 1:1 mix and milk was way too runny. Had to add a lot more mix. But regardless, the pancake mix is excellent!
