Ingredients
- 226g butter (softened)
- 170g white sugar
- 170g brown sugar
- 2 eggs (one by one)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 350g Red Fife Multipurpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 340g semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Add the softened butter and sugars to your stand mixer with the beater attachment. Mix on low, medium speed until combined.
- Add one egg to the butter/sugar mixture and mix on low/medium until combined. Add the second egg and repeat.
- Add vanilla, Red Fife Multipurpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix together.
- Add chocolate chips and mix.

Spray a 10x15" nonstick pan with baking spray, or lightly grease with butter. Use parchment paper to cover the pan.

Bake at 350F for around 13-14 min

Let cool in pan for 15 min before flipping onto cooling rack
