Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake


  •  226g butter (softened)
  • 170g white sugar
  • 170g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs (one by one)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 350g Red Fife Multipurpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 340g semi-sweet chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Add the softened butter and sugars to your stand mixer with the beater attachment. Mix on low, medium speed until combined.

  3. Add one egg to the butter/sugar mixture and mix on low/medium until combined. Add the second egg and repeat.

  4. Add vanilla, Red Fife Multipurpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix together.

  5. Add chocolate chips and mix.

  6. Spray a 10x15" nonstick pan with baking spray, or lightly grease with butter. Use parchment paper to cover the pan.

  7. Bake at 350F for around 13-14 min

  8. Let cool in pan for 15 min before flipping onto cooling rack

  9. Frost as desired
