Ingredients:
- 1.5 cup Better Bread Flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the bread flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add the Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a cylinder about 6 inches long, then connect the ends to form a bagel shape.
6. In a small bowl, whisk the egg to create an egg wash. Gently brush the egg wash over each bagel.
7. Season the bagels with your choice of toppings (e.g., sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning).
8. Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
